Roles of a Professional

PERSONAL:-
Professionals are also human beings and have personal lives . They can improve the quality of their and others lives by being conocious of the professional spirit in their personal life. Their personal lives are controlled by factors such as religion social controls , and constitutional  edicts .
PROFESSIONAL:-
This could be in terms of one’s “responsibilities” as a professional or in terms of the different roles one plays in the practice of one’s profession , such as a leader , a colleague , a subordinate , and many others.
SOCIAL ROLE:-
A Professional is not only a member of his professional association but also lives in a community and hence is also a member of a society and community .His skills knowledge and training will enable him to play a useful social role.
ETHNICAL ROLE:-
A professional must promote ethical behaviour among the people or community in which he/she lives .He/she has a greater responsibility as he/she enjoys a higher status in society due to his/her education , special training , and higher rewards earned .He/she thus has a responsibility to play a mentor ‘s role in ethical matters.
MODEL HUMAN ROLE:-
In order to effectively play the aforementioned roles , a professional has to play the role of a  model human being . Professional are not icons or heroes . Still , in the small surrounding oneself ,one must behave with impeccable standards that will showcase him/her as a model  human being.
ACCONTABILITY:-
The word accountable can be defined as being responsible for one’s own decision or actions and being able to justify them when asked .
It is greater in case of professionals because they enjoy economy in action and decision-making .The more freedom you have , the more accountable you have to be.

 Vapor Phase Deposition

  Flame Hydrolysis                                                                            Chemical Vapor Deposition

  Vapor Axial Deposition                                                                  Modified chemical
Outside vapour phase Oxidation                                                   Plasma-  activated chemical

Optical fiber are made from oxide glasses and most popular is silica (SiO2) which has refractive index of 1.458 at 850 nm.
To produce two similar materials with slightly different refraction indices for core and cladding, either fluorine or other oxides (dopants) are added to silica

Similar to outside vapor deposition
Starts with a seed which is a pure silica rod
The preform is grown in the axial direction by moving rod upward
Rod is also rotated to maintain cylindrical symmetery
As preform moves upward it is transformed into a solid transparent rod preform by zone melting (heating in a narrow localized zone)
Advantages
No central hole

Vapor Phase Deposition method for optical fiber grade glass preparation

Vapor Phase deposition method for optical fiber grade glass preparation
This technique is used for preparing the extremely pure optical glasses. It is now used to produce silica based fiber with a very low attenuation(a fabrication process in which a material is stretched out into a thin shape),highest transparency with optimal optical properties.
Ingredients are volatile organic compounds SiCl4, GeCl4,SiF4,BCl4,O2,BBr3,PoCl3 and dopants (non silica ) are used to enhance the property of refractive index are TiO2,GeO2,P2O5,Al2O3,B2O3,F .

Proximate analysis of coal

Proximate analysis deals with determination of moisture contents, volatile matter, ash content and fixed carbon .It is simple and cheaper method. The better quality of coal is having a low percentage of moisture, volatile matter and ash content.

What are fullerenes?

Fullerenes are closed hollow cages consisting of carbon atoms interconnected in pentagonal and hexagonal rings. Each carbon atom on the cage surface is bonded to three carbon neighbors therefore is sp2 hybridized common clusters are C70, C72, C74, C76, C80, C82 and C84 The most famous fullerene is C60, known also by “ buckyball ".
